2001 Shiraz

Now with some age this wine is showing beautiful structure and soft deep rich fruit complexity over tones of plum and blackberry, with subtle cocoa and vanilla oakiness.

The palate is rich, round and mouth filling with soft sweet flavours that balance the silky, round tannins. Great drinking now, but will cellar for at least another 8+ years.
